I have remembered that there were some issues/limitations on the Shopify side when it came to refunding some of the orders and we can't find the order by the customer name, in such scenarios, It could have been better when the customer don't have their credit card or email with them

I love this software because it is so easy to deploy and operate. Also, the way that the hand-held card reader is shaped is very nice. The software integrates smoothly with my Shopify store and runs perfectly.

I can do the same on Square for FREE
Integrates with my Shopify Store (Something Square Cant), is great for offline inventory, and integrates with Epson printers. Fantastic for taking in-person orders and updating online inventory
