What I like best about Shopify is that it was not very hard for me to build my site. The builder was easy to use, and when I needed assistance, I had no issues getting support. Also, I like that they offered supporting apps in the app store that seamlessly integrated with my store with a quick setup.

I have been using Shopify for at least 4 years. At first, it looks easy to start and low-cost as advertised. But when you dive in, you will find it very expensive. Absolutely not recommended for a low-budget startup. And when we talk about its customer support, it appears to be their marketing department. Every time you try to get support, they start to market some other products. Otherwise, the platform is good with better servers, speed, and functionality, even though it is very costly. It has built-in SEO features, which is a plus.
