What do you like best about SimpleHelp?
Have used this product for 5 years and love it. Very versatile.
What do you dislike about SimpleHelp?
Have to host your own server, but its fairly easy to do, and they now offer managed options with even less to configure. I wish there was more documentation, but I have rarely needed to use said documentation.
