Fantastic software with excellent support

Simple Order is made by a company that knows its market inside out and provides a product that makes running a restaurant business much easier. Guests receive immediate responses to all reservations made. I am able to maximize my busiest times with Simple Order's yield management and boost quieter times with some added value promotions. As a small restaurant, Simple Order allows us to serve customers quickly and efficiently. Everything is very intuitive, which is great for my staff. Simple Order is an easy system to monitor sales, payroll, and inventory. The support is always prompt, and service agents respond to needs immediately. Backend reports are easy and simple to use in the cloud.

Perfect software for any restaurant

Simple Order is very easy to navigate and learn. For a first-time user, the training is comprehensive and does not take a lot of time to master. Efficient and user-friendly, we have eliminated the need to have many backend Excel sheets and other tools to keep track of our data. Simple Order gives me tighter control and a better understanding of transactions and staffing. Simple Order has everything in one. We have immediate access to sales and labor statistics in real-time from remote places, as opposed to having to print reports directly from Simple Order as with other software. Simple Order has been an incredible ROI for our company, enabling servers to spend more 1:1 time with guests, increasing satisfaction, and making backend processes a breeze. I have recommended it to several restaurant owner friends.

Simply easy and robust

They've created a POS that is perfect for smaller restaurants. The interface of Simple Order is really simple, and new staff can easily figure out how to do things like deleting an item without asking a manager. Item searchability is one of my favorite features of Simple Order. The reporting mechanisms are also excellent for management and offsite monitoring. Simple Order is easily programmable and provides great in-depth information on demand. It offers front-of-house ease of use, customer-friendly quick checkouts, paying at the table, ordering and re-ordering. It's easy to edit orders, transfer tables, add new seats, or split checks. It cuts service time by an average of 5 minutes per table.

Loving every bit of simpleorder

A Simple Order is a significant improvement in the ordering process. You can easily set up your entire inventory by vendor, along with their email, and send orders quickly from your phone or PC in a matter of moments. It offers ease of use and terrific customer service. I love how easy it is for our staff to input items and even click on them to view all ingredients instead of asking the kitchen. I also appreciate how precise the Simple Order reporting format is, allowing us to see what is selling and when. With Simple Order, we can see how many people have come in that day, even if we are sitting on the beach.

The software streamlines all operational activities and manages inventory for restaurants, bakeries, bars, hotels, etc., across different areas. SimpleOrder has helped my restaurant managers handle order placing, inventory levels, paperwork, and deliveries efficiently. It also provides a built-in cost calculator that can be used to determine the price of items on the menu. Additionally, it features accurate analytics, customized pricing, and an online catalog. The SimpleOrder restaurant management system is compatible with mobile and desktop devices. It easily integrates with accounting and POS systems such as helloTESS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks. I have implemented it successfully across multiple verticals of my business. Its ease of use is certainly its strongest point, and over time, this software's feature set has expanded. The customer support team is always ready and super helpful. My team doesn't need Excel sheets anymore, and they are able to keep track of everything easily.
