I particularly like the feature called Operations, which is the most useful and unique feature that helps students and staff plan their entire academic year. In this feature, SkoolShine provides an in-built standard curriculum (state, CBSE, ICSE), lesson planning, and resources (available 24x7 for staff and students throughout the academic year). This feature helps us download the entire academic year syllabus for all classes according to the respective examination board. SkoolShine provides options to add additional topics on top of the syllabus. SkoolShine allows one to plan lessons for a desired date range for a selected topic and has a customizable workflow for lesson plan review and final approval. As a teacher, SkoolShine allows me to plan my day accordingly by providing the class timetable, which details the class name/classroom location, subject time, and online/offline class information. As a staff member, I found this feature unique and helpful for planning throughout the academic year, and it also helps students and parents to know the entire academic year plan. SkoolShine has many other excellent features. A must-use application for any educational institution.

As a staff member, I am happy with the SkoolShine app. We have a feature called Timetable in SkoolShine. As a staff member, I can view my class schedules by subject and time. My students can view not just the subject and time, but also which of my peers will be taking the class. This app is very useful and convenient for conducting online classes, as we have the option to attach online class links so no student will miss the class. My responsibility is fee collection and fee reconciliation/reporting at the institute. I am happy to say the SkoolShine app can easily configure fees, copy the entire fee/receipt setup from the previous academic year, and generate bulk manual or individual receipts. I can generate receipts with different receipt numbering based on primary, higher primary, and high school students. As a parent, the mobile app provides an option to view the fee paid and due, alerts me on the due date, and allows me to download the fee receipt at any time. Kudos to SkoolShine.
