My Review on Skype
Even though I encounter some problems with Skype when using it (e.g., lagging, not receiving message notifications sometimes), overall, it is still lovely to use. I usually use it for group calling, and since the video call quality is quite good, it made my Skype experience not too bad. I guess that is why it is one of the oldest apps I still have on my phone and laptop until now.

What do you like best about Skype?
Free and very easy to use. The app is simple to download and its functions/ features are easy to navigate. The quality of the video call is quite good. What I like most about the app is that we are able to record the call for later upload and rewatch. This is especially useful for meetings or tutoring.
What do you dislike about Skype?
Definitely a connection problem! It freezes sometimes, but more frequently is that it does not react instantly against typing or logging in. Another problem with Skype is that message notifications sometimes will not pop up even though I have not muted it.

Full marks for ease of use
Skype meetings, one time or recurring are easy to schedule and attend. I hardly face call drop issues. The chat feature makes it very easy to communicate and take decisions on the fly. Integration with Outlook is smooth and vey useful. One suggestion-if they can add the feature of real time transcription of the call, it will be very helpful.

Voice calling and group calling features are good.
I have been using skype since last 8 months and in comparison to other similar applications(slack, google meet, zoom, etc), I find "skype" more suitable. It gives user to avail facilities of chat, individual call, group call, etc. for free. I think there is still scope of improvement but, overall it still meet the needs in professional as well as personal front. .

Skype Review
Skype was my first choice for communication back in late 2000s. In fact, it was the only platform where I used to do voice and video calling. There was no match to its performance and quality. But since WhatsApp and Facebook messenger took over, Skype lost a lot to the competition. They didn't innovate and hence not a first choice communication software for many.

What do you like best about Skype?
Very easy to install and use. Video and Audio quality is great as compare to other communication services, even when you have 10-15 users in the group, it does not compromise with the quality of Audio and video.
What do you dislike about Skype?
Sometimes there is breakage in the call when network is little low. It requires high disk space. It is not free :). In retrieving the historical data, user has to work harder.

It is a good factor for Skype. Skype made his name in the user's mind. in today's world we can say Skype is running like a trend. By the reason of trust it creat trust As we know it is a product of Microsoft. Skype also has some negative factor like. If you have low internet speed then you can't make any call. Another side you can make call by WhatsApp and IMO in the same situation. they should improve it. *sign up process is so difficult you should have Microsoft account to signup. they should improve it. *Navigation they should make easy and simple navigation our they can make light version of Skype to use easily because some times use don't know how to make conference call . I have written this review according to my Skype experience.
