This app is very easy to use and has decent features. However, it is very unreliable. 1) Your bills will go missing, and customer care can't do anything about it. They will make you wait for days, tell you they will work on it, and the same thing will happen again. 2) Sometimes the current orders will vanish, and old orders will appear in the table. You then have to cancel all the orders and create a new KOT for the current orders. Technical support doesn't know why this happens.

Very easy to use, even a layman can use it. Their sales team is very active and will train you to use the software, even if you want to try it for free. I would recommend this software to all the restaurants I know.

We are using billing software in almost all our new branches. It is the best POS billing software I have come across, and I love the chat facility, which is really useful and gives you a feeling of being in safe hands.

We faced multiple operational issues with our previous POS software, but SlickPOS resolved them all at once. It does not require a fast internet connection to function properly and works even without internet. It also helped us gather accurate customer feedback.

I recently opened a restaurant and needed a competent POS for my business. SlickPOS was my best bet as it impressed me a lot during the free trial. The team has designed an innovative product well integrated with all sorts of features. Some parts need improvement. For instance, invoicing refuses to work properly at times.

We've been using SlickPOS for around a year. The team was of immense help to us in setting up the software. Any queries, regardless of time, are answered very promptly. They accommodate our requests in a very timely manner and are open to all critical suggestions. As far as their service goes, it can't get any better. As for the product itself, the UI is very simple yet feature-rich. It's very easy to use, and if there is any feature even a little complex, there is a document in their blog detailing all about that feature. I'm a very happy customer of SlickPOS, and I wish them good luck in their venture.

Its free for a lifetime, SMS receipt is a great feature, easy to use, great functionality, awesome user interface.

Its limited features, which I think they are still developing. Many other POS functionalities are missing.
