Smart Task is highly recommended when you're working on multiple projects. Some features are very helpful and easy to understand, and the support team is very impressive for any queries.

We really like this product thus far. We're still learning how best to utilize it, but the amazing thing is their team is so available and helpful when we have questions! I am so grateful to SmartTask for being available and answering our questions. I find it much easier to use than Plutio — they're not trying to do EVERYTHING the way Plutio is, but they have a more attractive and easy-to-use interface

This product is really good! Inexpensive, simple to use, and yet very powerful. The price is amazing right now. I am happy to have acquired licenses for this application. Support is always there when I need it, and the initial tutorials are very helpful for learning how to use the application better. I am satisfied with how this tool fits my workflow. Thank you, guys! Amazing tool! My business is far more organized now with SmartTask.

What do you like best about SmartTask?
Easy to use. Powerful. Easy to set up. Portfolio view is amazing and powerful. Inviting guests to the platform is simple and powerful. Easy to change to my own logo. Initial tutorials are great. Support is also really responsive and helpful.

Just had a bit of difficulty using the SmartTask CRM module. All the rest is great! Love this tool.

One of my most frequently used apps for work. The contact management, project portfolio, and multiple user groups help keep my work organized. The support is great as well, and they listen to user feedback and feature requests.

I found it by accident while trialing a bunch of wannabe replacements for Wunderlist. Most either missed basic functionality, were far too complicated and tried to be everything to everyone, or were insanely expensive per user to get access to the features that most need. As soon as I opened Smart Task, I knew what to do, where to go, and only had to ask a few questions on the included live chat (even in the free version!) when I wanted to get deeper into it immediately. Totally intuitive, with an underlying set of more advanced features just waiting to be found when you actually read the guide!
What do you like best about SmartTask?
Within 5 minutes, I had recreated what we had with our previous software, added new functionality to our daily workflow, and trained 3 of my team on how to use it, with the same result from them... immediate take-up and implementation. Were still on the free version, but I know it wont be long before we upgrade, more through choice and feature set add-ons than actual need! You cant go wrong with this.
What do you dislike about SmartTask?
The only thing Ive found a little quirky is how the calendar view isnt dynamic, i.e., a task shows the same size whether you block one hour or six... not a big deal though!
