SmartTEL being the first cloud telephony implementation for a company going solo, it was just great to have the customer support team help my team along every step. Some expected initial hiccups were handled perfectly and everything was clearly sorted out. It has been a great overall experience. There have barely been any issues with the call quality or availability of services. My staff has been using this software for almost three years now. SmartTEL is backed by a highly responsive and knowledgeable customer support team and it meets multiple requirements such as unified communications, call center applications all through a single provider. Great new features and add-ons that help in enhancing the software visuals. It also serves as a great platform to integrate with other software on the net. Highly recommended, intuitive and easy cloud telephony software.

SmartTEL cloud telephony software is really simple to install, even for people with limited technical knowledge. Rather than having someone run phone wiring through the facility, one can easily set up SmartTEL and be ready to use quickly. My team's overall experience with SmartTEL has been great. It never gets frozen or hung up in the same loop, the speed is really fast unlike other systems that brought along several different viruses with them. My firm recently relocated to new corporate headquarters and after reviewing several providers my team chose to go with SmartTEL. They have been very pleased with the service, deployment and support. There has been an addition of two more locations to the network in just six months since the initial deployment. My team plans to add six more locations by the end of 2017. SmartTEL has become a great partner to help us easily scale up business for the company.
