What do you dislike about Smokeball?
Performance and the interface of the mobile app need to be improved. Two years ago, I had some queries about integration with Outlook; I had to wait for more than two days to get them fixed. I have not had a situation where I needed to reach out to support recently.

Well, Smoke Ball has been a great helping hand in systemizing all our operations. We have been using it for quite a long time and are happy with its performance. Though all the features are working fine, its legal documentation features need to be more prompt and robust. If there is a huge file to be uploaded, it tends to crash.
