The solution is feature-rich and being an OEM for the product as well an organization with rich development experience, we keep innovating the product by adding features that help organizations fulfill their telephony requirement and overcome challenges, thereby helping them grow.

The complete solution is hosted in our data center. We have a multi-operator PRI setup making the solution completely redundant and scalable. To give a perspective of the solution capability we are servicing clients with single as well as distributed agent/contact center location setups.
