PRODUCT

Very good app and cloud-based billing software for restaurants and pubs. The product is easy to use, and the support team is accommodating with affordable prices. I was using Lucid before, but now I've switched to SPEQUE.

Easy to use POS with integrated customer engagement solution

SpeQue POS is a great option for hookah lounges like ours. Their interface is simple yet modern. The mobile app allows our stewards and captains to take orders, print bills (or send e-bills), and settle tables. This saves a lot of time and allows them to serve more customers. SpeQue POS supports QR code-based menu and ordering options, which are the need of the hour. As owners, we can track our business on our mobile phones from anywhere. We also use their CRM solution to conduct regular promotional SMS and email campaigns. They provide excellent customer service and support.
