We have been using the Spice works help desk suite for a few months now and have found it to be brilliant. The management of customer database as well as email plus social media integrations have helped us immensely in reaching out to our customers all over the world. You can customize this software as per your individual and company needs. You can even add your company logo or change colour. There is a vast array of features which is very user-friendly. When we wanted to set it up on ubuntu, it proved to be very easy. Their customer service is very quick and knowledgeable. Definitely try out their trial version!
