Very nice Application for IT Helpdesk
Awesome application which can monitor all internal domain network product and get the alert.
We have been using the Spice works help desk suite for a few months now and have found it to be brilliant. The management of customer database as well as email plus social media integrations have helped us immensely in reaching out to our customers all over the world. With an integrated and well laid out dashboard that includes Microsoft exchange data support, we have been able to use our existing database through seamless synchronisation.
