It's really useful to process salaries within a given period of time. Tax calculation is done without any manual intervention. We have also been using the leave and attendance module for the last 6 months, and as expected, it has gone very smoothly.

The software is simple as long as you follow the same process we understood. However, doing anything new or updating anything creates confusion and causes us to get stuck. For any solution, we have to write an email and then solve the issue ourselves based on the received solution. Our request is to provide solutions over the phone or by taking access to the software.

Comfortable work-wise! However, there should be more features like a comparison of the old tax regime and the new tax regime, which are provided in other software. It is available in the HR suite but not in payroll, and it should be in both. Additionally, the renewal cost is quite high.

Good experience. Someone looking only for payroll processing can use Spine software. It has an employee database as well for management. However, as HR is now looking for an all-in-one platform that includes leave management, performance management, etc., Spine software is lacking in these areas. It does, however, include bonus and statutory calculations.
