What do you like best about Superteam?
We didnt have a CRM system before we started using Team Support, so it was hard to figure out how we wanted the ticket workflow to work at first. After setting up a couple of ticket types and understanding the rationale of the arrangement, it was going great setting up various types of tickets for item requests, escalations, goodwill calls, managing Coronavirus-related activities for our clients, and so on. I can quickly determine what is outstanding and what might require immediate attention.
What do you dislike about Superteam?
The announcing can be challenging. We use Exercise and Errands a ton. It would be extremely helpful to be able to include all fields in any report. You are restricted in how you can write about undertakings. Clients have shared they feel that sometimes the format of the messages they receive is busy-looking. Recently, TeamSupport made adjustments to improve this. Soon, we will release this. Customers appear to enjoy the Ticket Hub features a lot.

We had the option to bring each of our clients into TeamSupport effectively, with the goal that we could then start assigning tickets to existing clients immediately. We are able to access individual clients and their entire ticket histories thanks to this. When you have multiple technicians who frequently need to provide service to various clients, this is extremely helpful. Additionally, TeamSupports technical support merits praise. They have a fantastic team that is available round-the-clock to assist you. While implementing TeamSupport in our organization, they were remarkable at addressing any inquiries we had and were able to help with getting our client information imported in one smooth transfer.
What do you dislike about Superteam?
Even though it is promoted as self-hosted, the cost of self-hosting is prohibitive for a small business like ours. So were actually compelled to utilize their cloud-based framework, which has an excessive amount of idleness during the current day and age, and were compelled to use their mile-long nonsense email address to receive messages into the framework. Why not just have mail server settings so we can use our own mail server?
