Best Product

SupportBee has been instrumental in helping us upgrade our customer support systems and being in an industry with close customer interaction, we have benefitted immensely from the many automated tools that it provides. The unlimited tickets and the unlimited integrations is a feature that is not available in most other software in the same price range.

Very usefully advance functionalities!!!!!

We have been among the early users of SupportBee and will have to say, the software does work tirelessly and effortlessly like a bee. We have found that even the basic start-up plan that we chose had quite advanced functionalities as well as support for up to 7 users, which is more than  enough for us.

The supportbee software has really helped us in integration and on-boarding from our previous basic software. With 20 users and 5 teams’ compatibility, the software has enough and more options for a medium sized enterprise, such as ours. In our limited time, we have found that the software is extremely intelligent and well-appointed, and is extremely useful for advanced functionalities, such as SLA management.
