Everything I needed for assessment in one software

I have spent years looking for software to host and deliver a validated assessment that I use with coaching clients and corporate consulting groups. SurveyAnyplace allows me to create a highly individualized user experience and personalized reports - beyond anything I've used previously. My experience of the ReportR plan

Great for automating survey responses in a PDF to download or email

Being able to design and customise a project which allows people to answer questions then receive a PDF with customised answers to their questions in a short space of time has been a great help.

What do you like best about Survey Anyplace?

The range of questions types, layouts and use cases with quizzes, gamification, events and exhibitions. Being able to have a customised report for a user to receive on email or download was the main reason we used the software, there's not many all in one solutions out there.

What do you dislike about Survey Anyplace?

I think the help pages need updating, they're not very clear when you are new to Survey Anyplace as they describe how to do things but do not show you step-by-step. Not being able to customise the front cover image of a PDF template is a bit annoying and unless you're a CSS wizard, the PDF responses can look very plain.

Almost complete platform, easy to use and customize, dynamic teams with a clear will to solve problems.

We were looking for a technological solutions to implement new products / services, and were almost starting from scratch. SurveyAnyPlace respnded top 80%/90% of our needs, offering easy customization and an efficient customer support. We still need to develop ior JS/CSS capabilities to better take advantage of teh product, but it's definetely a winner!

Easy to use and lots of question options

We use this tool to gauge the knowledge and needs of delegates prior to a training course and then as a follow up survey to understand what they've learnt and where additional support may be needed. The uptake of responses is high which is helped by the question types which ensures the questionnaire is engaging and very visual. The report feature is brilliant; it's clearly laid out, pulling across all the survey information and as a result saves time as the reports are at the touch of a button. This survey tool ensures we can demonstrate the value of investing in learning to our clients and their teams and the feedback can be used as part of people's individual personal development. We have some other ideas where we will use the tool as part of the learning journey and we look forward to gathering even more useful feedback!

Agile and Flexible

Simple & Sweet!

We use Survey Anyplace often and rely on it heavily for important aspects of our company - we are never disappointed! There are a lot of pros to using the software for us, and nothing in particular that we'd point out as a "con" to using the software, we're overall very happy with it and haven't run into any major issues. We use this software for very confidential and important information, there have never been any issues that we've run into that have made it not worth using. We currently use Survey Anyplace for questionnaires that allow us to gather information to then relay to our coaches and coachees. This software allows everything that we need and doesn't take away from any other part of the process!

Excellent Offline Functionality - works a treat when deploying in remote locations and is ideal for popups and stands where internet connectivity is sketchy (or eye watering expensive!). Game like functionality was a massive draw and helped to create a really engaging end piece.

Would prefer more integration methods with popular services, -Lack of direct Drip Integration - but other integrations are flexible enough to allow a multi step process to overcome this lack of direct integration.

Easy to use, great look!

As I mention above, we use this software to create different types of assessments for our clients. From 360°, customer satisfaction, organizational environment, and even some assessments required in new Mexican federal work law. The best way to describe my experience using this tool is versatility. It has enough functions to always create exactly what we need in a relatively simple and practical way. It's not only about good looking though, but it also has a lot of functions to customize your questionnaire as much as you need. We are an HR consult firm and need to create a lot of different types of assessments, and this tool has been flexible enough to deliver every single one of them.

The personalization features, it allows you to use your own logos and automatically suggests a compatible color scheme. There´s a lot of survey tools but this one gives it a more personal look in just a couple of steps.

What do you dislike about Survey Anyplace?

You cannot copy questions or groups of questions between questionaries, you can copy an entire questionnaire, but when you are creating different versions for an assessment that's just not practical at all.

I'm an online marketer and my quizzes allow me to gather valuable information about prospects while delivering helpful content that is directly suited for them. You can assign values to different answers to deliver a weighted score, and then have quiz-takers redirected to a page on your website based on their result, it doesn't get much better than that!

What do you dislike about Survey Anyplace?

The reporting could definitely be better, it's difficult to find the results for specific respondents. I worked around this by using Zapier to deliver the important results directly to the contact record in my CRM and I can run reports from that.

This is a great survey tool

Anyway it great tool and so useful in my work. Before I find this tool I have used lot of different tools around the internet and all of them ends with some useless or confused things. Now I am happy with this survey tool. The learning curve in SurveyAnyplace is so fast. Actually, I was able to finish my survey from the first time. What is more exciting is that you can write your own CS code and customize the questions, add tables and etc. I would love to see the CS option in a lower plan to be more affordable to more people. I would also like to see more report exporting options like the wide format. I would recommend using SurveyAnyPlace especially if question-pooling and questions logic is important for you. I am currently doing a complex conjoint survey to determine the acceptance of crowd-shipping. The initial results are still not conclusive.

I have used SA since 2015 for such a wide range of people engagement deployments. What i love the most is the development effort behind the platform and how it is built in a very intuitive and multipurpose way.

What do you dislike about Survey Anyplace?

The custom development fees need to be reviewed to make it competitive. I believe the platform offers a powerhouse of features that would be more useful if the average user had help in implementing them.It does not have a Team Workspace functionality that allows multiple users to be logged in simultaneously and work together. This is the key feature i believe the platform is missing in my opinion.

Excellent Product for Audio Surveys!

I used Survey Anyplace for my Master's thesis to collect data from subjects using audio files. It was a seamless experience. I have used Google Forms for audio surveys. The interface for audio surveys isn't the best for Google Forms. Survey Anyplace makes it so much easier to interact with audio-visual file formats.

Very powerful platform. I canceled my accounts in SurveyMonkey, Typeform and an assessment tool and replaced all that with this software. Easy to use, great user interface and powerful features customer service is excellent.

Having extra users become expensive so we have to take turns in using the platforms. Although I love the possibility of having prepopulated fields via URL, its a little more cumbersome than other platforms.
