Using Survey Monkey is very easy, it provides a direction to set a questionnaire. This application also can be integrated with social media for reaching a large number of people to answer the questionnaire. It is also a great application because it hides an individual's personal details.

I loved the way it is simple to set up an interview. The application is very bandwidth friendly. It also has a good interface thus enjoying. When setting questions, they have sample questions that they give you to answer.

It is not that much intuitive, they should add some colors to make it interesting.
