SysTools Exchange Export

Exchange Export is an application which allows the users to migrate multiple mailboxes from Exchange Server to Outlook PST. It also maintains the original formatting and meta properties intact. As it extracts data from Live Exchange Server and exports it to the Outlook PST format. While conversion process, it automatically detects, scans and loads the Active Directory. In this scenario, the Exchange Server and Active Directory should be active. Exchange Exporter also generates a view of the mailbox. To view the details associated with each mailbox, users simply have to right click on any mailbox. Once the Active Directory gets loaded, users can select the desired mailbox and items according to their need. They can check/uncheck the items which they want to export from Exchange to Outlook PST. This software also provides an option to the users to apply email filters. In this option, users just have to specify the dates of From & To and the software will migrate the emails of the specified date range. The deleted items in the Exchange Server goes to Dumpster. During migration, Exchange Exporter allows users to export emails stored in Dumpster too. This is an optional feature so, users can enable or disable this option as per their requirement. The application requires Microsoft Outlook to be installed in the system of any version i.e. Outlook 2016/2013/2010/2007/2003. After the migration process, the software offers the users to permanently delete emails from Exchange Server. This helps users to remove the data from the Server which has already been backed up in Outlook PST format. Users just need to check/uncheck this feature to delete emails permanently
