SysTools Mail Migration Wizard

The Mail Migration Wizard tool enables you to migrate NSF files to Exchange Server by creating a separate PST file for each Lotus Notes NSF file through batch migration. The software has no file size limitations, as it automatically creates new PST files during the migration process.

The only requirement is the installation of Microsoft Exchange, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted IBM Notes to Exchange Server conversion. Using this Mail Migration Tool, encryption applied to NSF email files can be safely removed. The software first decrypts the NSF files and then converts them to Exchange format with ease.

The utility is advanced enough to detect and convert canonical name formats set for sender email addresses in the Notes database. Additionally, it allows users to apply various filters to export data efficiently and reduce time consumption.

You can apply email filters by specifying a date range for exporting emails, as well as calendar and to-do filters for seamless NSF to Exchange migration. The tool also supports selective folder import, allowing users to choose specific files and folders for conversion while excluding unwanted folders, deleted items, or sent items.

The software preserves email formatting, internet headers, attachments, document links, hyperlinks, inline images, and other formatting elements exactly as they appear in the original emails. During the conversion process, the tool also maintains the read and unread status of emails, ensuring that unopened emails remain unchanged after migration.
