The Mail migration wizard tool lets you migrate NSF files to Exchange Server by creating single PST file for each Lotus Notes NSF file with batch migration. It has no file size limitation as the software always create a new PST file for the migration process. The only need is of installation of Exchange so that IBM notes to Exchange Server conversion process does not get hampered. With this Mail Migration Tool, any type of encryption in NSF file emails is possible to be removed. The software easily removes the encryption from the NSF file and then can convert this NSF file to Exchange easily. The utility is built advanced enough so that it can easily detect & convert canonical name format which is set for any sender's email address in the Notes database. With this tool, you can also apply various filters to export the data and save the time consumption. You can apply email filter by setting date range to export emails & also apply Calendar filters & to do filters for easily migrating NSF files to Exchange. The tool also provides an option for selective folders import with this the user can select only those files & folders which they want to convert, they can easily exclude folders, exclude deleted items & can also exclude Sent items. The utility offers an option to maintain the formatting & internet heading, the attachments or the doc links to the attachments or any kind of formatting like hyperlinks, inline images etc which are present in the emails are kept intact. During the conversion process, the software also maintains read/ unread status of emails. This eventually means if you have emails that are unopened then after the export process they remain in the same status i.e unopened. The tool does not make any changes in email or in the other data
