SysTools Office 365 Export

One can save individual email messages in MSG & EML format using SysTools Office 365 Export. It is necessary to install MS Outlook on your machine for the conversion process. The software allows you the selective conversion of data. You can select specific data items like emails, contacts, etc and migrate the data from O365 to PST or any other format. You can apply Date-based filter through which you can select data items from specific date range and you will get all the emails from that range of data. There is an option of naming convention through which a user can save email messages in EML or MSG format with a selected name type like Subject, dd-mm-yyyy, etc. There is a requirement of Admin login credentials in order to backup Office 365 data to Outlook PST. A user should be able to access Outlook Web App for the backup process. While exporting data, you can pause and resume the process anytime when required. There will be no changes in the data even after you resume your migration process after a while. Hence, it provides flexibility while performing this process. After the export process, this tool generates a status report that shows the status of the data items that are migrated from Office 365 to Outlook PST, MSG or EML file format. It also provides the new option to Export Office 365 Archive Mailbox to different file formats with Date Filter Option.
