SysTools Outlook Attachment Extractor

SysTools Outlook Attachment Extractor software extracts attachments from multiple PST, OST, and BAK Outlook data files in batch. The user has provided with an option to add files and folder with multiple PST, OST, and BAK files and then to extract the entire email attachments in one go. The tool provides two options to maintain the folder hierarchy, first is to Maintain Folder Hierarchy same as the imported file, and the second option No Folder Hierarchy.

The Outlook Attachment Extractor comes with various filter options such as 1. Mailbox Items Filter, 2. Date Filter, and 3. File Size & Extension Filter also, there is no file size limitation in the application. After the complete extraction process, the utility generates a status report in CSV format with complete details such as the file name, file count, status of files, file path, and failure report. The user can save their attachments according to various naming conventions because the tool provides two naming convention facilities one for attachments and once for the folder.

The application has a very straightforward and easy user interface so that anyone can easily extract multiple email attachments from Microsoft Outlook. It supports Windows 10 and all its below versions, as well as this Outlook Attachment Extractor, supports all versions of Microsoft Outlook including Outlook 2019. The trial version of the product extracts 25 attachments files. It can be upgraded to the full version at $29 to extract all the attachments from the Outlook mailbox data file.
