SysTools PST Merge

PST Merge is a software to combine and merge multiple PST file into a single PST file. The software supports Outlook 2021 and below versions, UNICODE and ANSI PST file type. All the Outlook items like emails, calendars, tasks, contacts, etc can be merged into one file. The software also allows splitting of the large-sized file into smaller PST files. There are three options to merge.

In the first option of Join Multiple PST files, a user can merge all the PST files in a single file in which data if each PST file is as per the original structure. In the second option of Merge multiple PST files, all the data items of Outlook are merged into single PST of Unicode type. In the third option of Merge only contacts, all the contacts from the PST files are merged into a single PST file. A user can remove the duplicate data items from the merged PST file. There is an option to enable or disable duplicates in the file. A user can also add the folder containing the number of PST files to add them together without adding the file one by one. A user can also add deleted emails or data items.

If there is no need of deleted emails then also you can filter the emails. The interface is very simple and easy to use the software. One without any technical knowledge can easily understand and use the application. At the end of the process, one will get a summary report in which all the details are mentioned including item count, duplicate items, merge status, progress status, etc
