SysTools Zoho Backup Tool used to export emails from Zoho Mail to Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Entourage, Netscape, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, etc. The software supports to migrate emails from Zoho to PST, EML, MSG(Single Message File) and MBOX file formats in a safe and secure way. It can backup all the mailbox items including inbox, sent items, draft, trash, spam etc. It does not save Zoho Mail credentials of the user anywhere in its database. Provides pause and resume option to manage the Zoho Backup process. This option allows the user to restart the process from the point where it had earlier left. Also, it provides delete after download option to clean up the Zoho mail server storage after downloading or exporting the data on the local machine.
