A robust software for CRM and workflow management

Currently using the trial version of Talisma CRM. I was a little skeptical before starting as I am from a non-technical background. But, I must say, the user interface is pretty impressive and I could easily get hands-on experience in just a week. The best part of this solution is that it can be accessed from mobile devices from anywhere. With list management and Social CRM, it is definitely built to empower businesses. I love it for proposal and quotes management.
