They have amazing customer support that you can contact anytime you are in trouble. They offer great, cheap pricing at just $1 per hour. What's $1 per hour for live chat support? So, in my opinion, just give it a try. If something goes wrong, you can always change.

You can see your online visitors' internet connection points, which pages they are on, how much time they spend, etc., via the control panel. Tawk.to has an analytics tool that works fine. Predefined answer shortcuts are very useful for quick responses. If you encounter misbehaving persons' messages, there is an option to ban them from chatting. Tawk.to can be used in local languages all over the world. And no annoying ads.
