Teams has a very nice UI and good features like audio/video calling. The video call has a cool background feature. Adding group video calls and sharing screens is also intuitive. Adding a new call opens a new screen, making it easier to navigate.

I have been using Teams for about a year. The features are definitely good and easy to use, but sometimes the verification process gets stuck. Additionally, it occasionally goes into a loop, reiterating the same error message again and again.

Great tool for collaboration and communication. However, it takes time for user feedback to be addressed. I have raised two user feedback requests that are still unanswered: custom date range in admin report and breakout room in enterprise license.

Overall experience is better than Skype with many built-in software like OneNote, and the team chat window is really cool and useful. The new features for embedding the calendar and planner help a lot with work. Additionally, it saves all the files that are shared with you and by you in a directory, making them easy to find. However, I don't like the feature where you cannot delete the chat.
