The main tool is a Gemba Walk management system that helps manage every issue reported in the Gemba Walk and transform them into improvement opportunities. Users can choose on which improvement opportunity they take action and the solution becomes an improvement project management tool. Tasks can be assigned to different individuals in the same team or company as part of the projects. Dashboards can also be used to track the advancement of the projects.

The software also includes a cloud-based meeting management tool that serves to create templates recurring meetings. Users can then keep track of everything that was discussed in a meeting and share access to files. Participants are taught to contribute to adding meeting discussions points before the meeting happens so that everyone can be aware of what subject will be discussed in the meeting and prepare accordingly.
