Good features. Confusing UI. Expensive.
TestRail has good features. But the UI is confusing indeed. It takes quite a bit of time to train new people. I am not particularly fond of the aesthetics either. To top it all, it is quite pricey. I don't quite understand why.

Testrail is really an awesome webapp it helps us to create test suite and store so that whenever a request comes up it gives ease of creating a test plan for the request and can track the status of scripted test cases with complete details required.
