I like how we can have as many people as we want log into the platform, and we all see all of the text messages everyone sends. It makes communication easy and straightforward when you have a lot of employees messaging clients.

The ability to manage multiple phone numbers through one account is amazing, especially for larger companies.
What do you dislike about Textellent?
I wish that there were a way we could identify who is online and logged into the system. With shift work, we never know who is online at any given moment, and sometimes multiple people respond to a text at the same time, which can be confusing.

I am not tech-savvy, but with Textellent, I don't have to be. Textellent makes it easy to keep in touch with our clients, send them updates and important information, and request Google reviews and referrals that will help our business grow. Our clients love the birthday and seasonal messages too. Customer service is A+ as they walk you through step by step and make sure you understand and can use the platform for your business.

Easy platform to use to communicate with our clients. Takes the worry away from clients not responding or opening emails sent. It does not blow up our clients phones as it has a system that schedules the texts out and gets the message out quickly.
