DigitMarket's suite of products, mainly the Marketplace and API Manager, were a great fit for our B2B education platform for digital skills - CareerLadders (https://www.careerladders.co.uk). CareerLadders was created with the explicit purpose of enabling hands-on application of learning, benefiting individual employees’ career progression goals in alignment with enterprise digital objectives. DigitMarket provided a high degree of flexibility by customizing specific features such as custom flows for partner onboarding, dynamic forms, workflows, etc. This was possible as its core components are provided as an API-first and headless model. We have been using the product for two years now and have benefited from new features such as visual modeling of workflows within the product and enhanced analytics that were released post-purchase. Torry Harris, the product vendor, was very responsive to support queries and new feature requests. The built-in API management functionality helped our training partners publish course catalogs and content as APIs. DigitMarket’s self-service module allows our partners to manage content directly. The Analytics feature helps me visualize current and past transactions and better plan and manage demand/supply. The built-in rating capability helps me track and control the quality of my suppliers’ services. I was pleasantly surprised with the product pricing, which is very reasonable compared to other options we evaluated in the market with the same feature set. Definite value for money!

It is a good product—well designed and recommended to all users who are looking for an API management tool. The gateway is one of the highly recommended components. It is capable of processing APIs at very high TPS and can support SSL-enabled APIs. Along with the policies, security is very easy to manage through a portal, and you can control things in the publisher portal, including groups and levels. Everything is easy to manage through the publisher portal. Customization: There are many customizations possible through API policies and transformations. You can transform XML to JSON or vice versa, modify headers, restrict parameters, redirect to different endpoints (dynamic routing) depending on the message body, and much more. In terms of flexibility, it can do much more. Management: The structure of API configuration and management is well thought out. It is very easy to configure new APIs and version them. Additionally, the analytics provided are also very helpful in diagnosing possible bottlenecks or unusual usage.
