Pathetic service. Not all features are working, and no one can resolve it. In the chat session, some prototype answers are given. Today, I am still waiting for a solution after 1 hour of the chat session, but there is no one available. I am asking for a full refund, but I don't think I will get it. They are just refusing the refund in indirect ways.

Remote surround recording and ambient call recording are really impressive features.

Nothing at all from my parental point of view. Technically, remote installation is not possible.

I have found it quite impressive due to its user-friendliness. I don’t have to use the web dashboard anymore, which has saved me time. It is the best for parental control. As a working lady, I am happy to have it. I was wondering how I would be able to protect my kids from cyberbullying, and now I can see my children's online activities remotely.
