With a user-friendly design, ease of use for customizing our widget, and entering live chats, alongside mobile support, Tidio stands out. We admire that we can use Tidio on the go through their mobile application built for iOS and Android, giving my co-workers and me an easy way to interact with our users when we aren't at our desks. We chose Tidio as our primary support tool not just for providing live support but also for managing tickets. Tidio features a built-in ticketing system; if we miss a message from a user, we can reach back via email thanks to Tidio, ensuring that users are not left behind.

What do you like best about Tidio?
The most impressive feature that we valued from Tidio is its mobile application for iOS/Android. This allows our co-workers and me to provide support outside working hours and when we are on the go and not available at the office.
What do you dislike about Tidio?
Tidio can improve its service by providing a Live Assist feature; this would be great for supporting users on our web application in real-time. Other than that, we have no further recommendations for Tidio as everything meets our criteria.
What features is Tidio currently missing?
Live Assist would be a perfect feature for Tidio to add, as other services feature this addon, and we have yet to see this inside Tidio.
What other products like Tidio have you used or evaluated?
Before we started using Tidio, we used Tawk. We had found that Tawk didn't equip itself with the advanced features that Tidio packs itself with. Such as AI Bots for providing real-time invoices to users, or integrating products from Shopify. We felt it lacked a few features.

Tidio provides excellent live chat services. Personally, it's the best tool for live chat support. It's pretty easy to customize, and the user interface is beginner-friendly. The conditional logic feature makes the chat experience more exciting (when set up correctly), though, on the front end, customers might be convinced that they're chatting with a live agent. Tidio is extremely affordable and can be the right choice for your business. I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about Tidio?
Tidio is way more advanced in logic technology than a few chatbots Ive used in the past. The UI is quite friendly and easy to customize. The offline chat option is detail-oriented, and this enables me to properly set all the options that will increase client conversion rates even when were offline. With Tidio, I get to know when a client is interactive during our conversation, and this keeps us engaged.
What do you dislike about Tidio?
Tidio has a negative impact on my websites speed performance, according to the reports from Chrome Developer Tools. I think the HTML and CSS are not minified, and this kind of affects my websites performance.
