Tmbill is pathetic. No after sales support. No refund provided.
TMBill is a very complex software with almost no after-sales support. I wasted my money, and no refund was provided. Just don't waste your time and money.

Nothing is good about it. They are basically frauds. They say good things about it, and once they receive money, they vanish and dont pick up your calls. They only message you once every 15 days.
What do you dislike about TMBill?
The software is too complex. Its interface and features—everything is so difficult to understand.

The complete POS software suit for Restaurents in terms of technology.
Earlier, I used a well-known software in the market, but at renewal time, I saw their demo at the request of their dealer. Firstly, I was very impressed with the technology, and secondly, the price was amazing. Getting a solution within this budget is great. I last connected with the support team during the first 15 days of purchase, and after that, I didn't have any issues contacting them. The dealer is also very supportive.

What do you dislike about TMBill?
I am very much impressed with TMBILL, so I recommend all hoteliers to choose it. Never choose any product based on brand name; better see the demo to choose the best.

Excellent customer support
Has it been almost one year connected to TMB? LL is always there whenever you need customer support, which is top-notch. Especially, Saheel is fast and efficient with his problem-solving ability and is always there to help you out. Thumbs up for TMB! LL is highly recommended.

What do you like best about TMBill?
Very easy to get on it, easy for my staff to adapt. The best thing is the back office, from where you can always make the required changes according to your desire.
What do you dislike about TMBill?
There is always room for improvement. With the latest update, you always have to print out a KOT to change anything in a running order. I did not like that. The old way was much better, where you did not have to punch a KOT for any kind of addition or to make a change in a running order.

bring back old way of saving KOT without printing it.
