Easy to register and connect to a database, with a lot of other tools available inbuilt.

An automatic query tuning option can be added if possible. Providing a side window of objects can also be added (similar to SQL Developer).

The best part of this tool is that it provides a lot of features to generate automated queries. Different formats of reports can be exported based on data in Oracle without any complex queries. Easily determine the errors in scripts.
What do you dislike about Toad for Oracle?
The hanging problem bothers a lot. It consumes a lot of resources. But its an obvious problem as this tool has a lot of features.
