A very reliable detection, reporting and resolution of a problem

Currently, I am using the web version of the helpdesk. The features are very well designed with ticketing in mind. The web tool is an excellent solution for managing billing and invoicing. I am looking forward to using the contract management feature soon. It is an affordable and much-needed ticketing solution.

Live chat is the best feature. I just need to make a few clicks here and there, and the account reports are shared.

I have used Helpdesk for almost a year now. It's simply amazing with an amazing interface. It creates an amazing user experience. Moreover, it keeps you updated with the latest updates in the software market if available. The customer service is good too. Available 24/7, it is also good when it comes to customer satisfaction. In short, a must-experience for all.
