I have been looking for stable, high-performing software for some time now, and the search ended with TranZact. TranZact is a complete system to manage my business, and the integration with Tally is a strong added advantage!

CRM Integration and Digital Signature. Weirdly, they don't have the digital signature feature yet, it's a basic feature. Their CRM feature is also quite basic and requires a lot of manual work

Lack of many basic features
Tried Tranzact for a few days; many basic features are missing.

Hello Mr Ramesh Chandra, We always welcome such valuable feedback from our valuable customers. Here is the list of answer as per your points. 1) You cannot enter data for invoices and vouchers for the backdate. Reason: As per GST norms & to keep your record streamlined, it is recommended to make the fresh invoice on daily bases before dispatch and cancel the old one’s. 2) While creating a PO, by default PO is sent to the supplier and you cannot turn it off. Reason: While creating the PO there is an option to turn off the email on TranZact dashboard before sending it to your counter-party. However, to turn-off completely for every PO, you have to reach out to our Customer Support Team who are available 24x7 and get it manually turned off. 3) You cannot export/import custom fields in inventory. Reason: Yes, this functionality is available. Please raise a chat request and our support team shall help you resolve this 4) There is no import/export data from/to excel features. Reason: Again, please connect with our Customer Support Team so that we can help you understand how the Import/Export of data from excel works in our system. A few simple steps can help you do that in minutes. 5) API is not available to customize it. Reason: Our core focus is to first build our system to manage Inventory, Generate reports, Plan Production, Generate GST compliant invoices efficiently. More than 20,000 manufactures are using TranZact while few have also integrated it with Tally. However, in future, we will be adding this feature where you can integrate with other APIs if it supports our ecosystem. For further clarification contactus@letstranzact.com
