What do you like best about Udemy?
The best aspect of Udemy is that there are just thousands of courses, meaning that theres no way Ill ever bounce back saying that I havent found what I came looking for. Its professional as they widen out their services rather than just narrow them to some specific topics. The courses are extremely affordable, and the client support team is also responsive.
What do you dislike about Udemy?
The user interface is quite complex (sincerely). It took me a whole lotta time trying to figure out the placements of certain features, like where my paid courses were located. I think it would be better if they adjusted these placements. I mean, they have to run customer satisfaction feedback or website ease-of-use surveys to actually know how new clients interact with their services or website. Not everyone is used to browsing complex websites.

I loved my experience on Udemy. The website has an easy-to-use interface and offers a wide variety of courses to choose from. Multiple instructors are available for each course/topic; moreover, they provide significant discounts from the listed price, which encouraged me to purchase various courses. Furthermore, they have a return policy if we don't like the instructor or do not find the course relevant.

Easy-to-use interface and accessibility made me use this site more than others. I dont know the reason for changing the color of the interface, but when they changed the color to purple from red, I liked the site even more.

According to me, none in terms of features. Though the courses are always on discount, they can set a section where we can see when the next sale is.

I have also used Coursera and upgrad. While upgrad is more related to placements and higher studies udemy had multiple options available. Moreover, I liked the interface of udemy to be the best among the other products which I have used.

Udemy offers a wide range of courses in various domains. There are many free courses available on Udemy, but certification requires purchasing paid courses. You can also track the progress of each course. The paid courses are sometimes very expensive. I also feel there is a lack of interpersonal connection between me as a student and the instructor.

I am completely satisfied with my course (iOS & Swift). If a course is not up to date or links do not work, you should contact the creator, not Udemy! Don't you usually complain to the teacher first? What I dislike are the extreme promotional offers for new customers. For example, without registration, a course costs $5.00, but as soon as I register with my account, I can only buy it at the regular price of $150.00. Not a nice tactic. It feels a bit unprofessional. Otherwise, everything was great!
