UiPath is intended for addressing future needs. Since we implemented this robotics innovation in our organization last February, we have been very satisfied because UiPath has helped us significantly. We have been using it in around 5 out of 8 departments to automate repetitive tasks that are highly manual for our employees. We have already implemented some solutions that are now integrated into our management system, automatically handling numerous tickets with standard procedures and steps. UiPath is excellent for SAP and ERP solutions, completing tasks in a few minutes instead of 1-2 hours. SAP has many rule-based business processes that require a lot of manual work depending on client input. Now, clients simply send an email to our robots with an Excel attachment, which is used during the process to extract details and input all entries into SAP. UiPath is extremely helpful for automating daily tasks. From a development perspective, our organization has introduced robots for everyone, meaning anyone can easily develop their own robot. It is very easy to create, and the UiPath Academy provides a lot of free training, with both basic and advanced training available for everyone.

What do you like best about UiPath?
Very user-friendly interface. .Net code can easily work with it and is easy to use.Products that make the ecosystem reliable are Orchestrator, Studio, attended and unattended robots, etc. It can be directly integrated with many applications. Orchestrator works with queues. Business exceptions and errors are really easy to manage.
What do you dislike about UiPath?
Unstructured data is not useful for the RPA tool UiPath, and it is not a cognitive computing solution. This tool cannot read any data that is non-electronic with unstructured input. Many times, text conversation from images or PDFs does not work correctly.

What do you like best about UiPath?
Its been a great experience so far. I have been using UiPATH for quite some time now and have obtained many benefits from it. Loads and loads of automation help in reducing time complexity. This feature provides great efficiency and reduces the time needed to achieve the desired goal. It is easy to explain to clients. I have gained a lot of knowledge from the certificates posted on the UiPATH website. Client satisfaction has increased significantly with its use compared to other technologies I have worked with earlier. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the product.
What do you dislike about UiPath?
Only one, to be precise, from the day I used it for business purposes. In the Invoke Workflow activity, when we try to deal with arguments after clicking on Import Arguments, the changes get vanished each time we try to make a change/update dealing with an arguments name/type/direction. A temporary workaround is, when we click on Arguments (collection) inside Input of the Properties Panel field, changes get reflected. But still, if this gets sorted out in the next release from UiPATH, its great.
