Best app for all apartment residents. I recommend ULOAPP to all society and apartment owners, especially for accounting and visitor management. Excellent solution for communities. The best part of ULOAPP is its visitor and accounting features. Using ULOAPP has changed the entire work process of my apartment. Now I receive my invoice in the ULOAPP app, promoting eco-friendliness by reducing paper use. Whenever a visitor comes to see me, I get a quick notification call, which is very good for security.

UloApp is very easy to use and covers all segments of society accounting and other requirements of the society. Communication is not complicated at all; it connects the members of the society. Highly recommended. At ease app with a great UI. Almost every feature is available in this app, covering the whole society. Internal communications with members are made easy with ULOAPP. The finance module is well-developed, reducing a lot of manual work.
What do you like best about Uloapp?
1. Simple and effortless app.2. Can do the billing and booking work (Society Hall for any function) directly from the app.

My society has 220 units, and we are very thankful to Uloapp for bringing technology to our community. The service is commendable, with service personnel even sitting at our society and training our security staff. I believe the service was the main reason we decided to pay after the 2-month free trial. Now, we are using various other functions as well, such as accounting, billing, and internal communication. In short, go for it or give it a try.
