Simple, intuitive interface suitable for non-HR professionals. Live tracking in the mobile app is a very useful option for my company as of now.
What do you dislike about Ultimatix HRMS?
From my end as per my current application usage there is no improvements required. Only one cons that it is designed for mid-sized to large businesses.

Ultimatix HRMS is automating my daily daunting tasks. We automated attendance tracking for field employees. Now I don't have to chase each employee for attendance and leave. I process two salary cycles with different calculations in Ultimatix. Before that, I used to spend 10 days calculating the same. Now, within 1 hour, I provide my final reports to my management.

I think chatbot must be provided in the standard package. It is a very useful feature for my company. But they provide it in the Add-oN package.

Ultimatix HRMS is very easy to install, implement, and use. With a budget-friendly price, it covers all the core HR operations. You can use this software for hiring, retiring, and rehiring processes. At my organization, the solution was already in use. After I joined, I used a few features like Time Attendance, Travel Expense, and Payroll Processing, which are quite detailed. I must say it is very good software for SMEs and SMBs.

It is a single solution to manage all the core HR operations, from attendance tracking to payroll processing. Nowadays, Ultimatix HRMS comes with an audit trail and SOC2 report, which fulfill our compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about Ultimatix HRMS?
All the features are quite in-depth, and the Ultimatix team supports the customization. If improvement is required, they can provide the customer with an option to choose the theme of the application as per their requirements.

As of now the features I am using from that point of view there is no feature missing.

The Ultimatix HRMS Solution is easy to use. We have automated 80% of our HR processes using this solution. The software has the capability to integrate with any software, such as CRM, ERP, hardware devices, etc. The company has a very good and knowledgeable support team that guides us thoroughly with the system. We are happy to have chosen Orange and Ultimatix HRMS as our HR tech partner.

I have been using Orange Payroll HRMS for more than a year. It has reduced my workload, and the features are specially designed to fulfill all the needs of quick and exceptional payroll handling. I found the training management feature highly useful. Additionally, I can easily access salary information and history. Statutory compliances and document management make it a very powerful solution.
