New version with worst performance
Finacle Version 10 is very complicated to use. User interface is clumsy. system crashes are regular issue. System executes commands many times. Patches are having bugs and INFOSYS customer support is horrible.

very complex menus. No help or support provided. All most allnoptions are hidden and you need to dig haded to get familiarised with this software. Still there are no market competitors. Plenty of hidden features are available
