This is such an awful CRM, I cannot begin to describe! The functionality is of the stone age. Integration is such a pain in the ass, you have to rely on their customer service people, who I must say are the most obnoxious people I have even come across. They don't know how to properly address customers, they make it sound like they are doing you some huge favour by rudely taking you through the integration process. Just the worst! Free CRMs are better than this paid rubbish. You can literally close your eyes and pick any other CRM in the world and it would be better than this rubbish MetroLeads.

Amazing Software!!!

I heard about Metro Leads from a friend, who works as a sales team manager in a well-reputed organization. Only then, I adopted the lead management software for my business and was then astonished by the remarkable results.
