Good customer service
I had an excellent experience with one of the customer help line staff, Feroza. She was friendly, helpful and always on time when we had organised a call. The only problem I am experiencing is the app. Since the change of ownership has been approved (I work for the new owner) I keep getting kicked out of the app without getting the chance to change my login details. The other aspect I found a bit inconvenient is the fact that the desktop software can only be used on one PC, when in my situation it would be ideal to have access on 2 PCs.
