The Mail Pro+ email exporter software allows users to preview, search and convert multiple email clients file formats into 7 file extensions. It provides users with the option to select email file from 15+ email clients and preview data of emails available in the mailbox. Users can also search for a specific email within the imported mailbox data and then transfer it into various file formats provided by the application. While importing email client data, the software provides option to users to create and save collection which stores entire data so that you don’t have to re-scan the mailbox to preview it next time. Using the Mail Pro+ software, users can search for the mailbox data from the selected drives. The tool is capable to preview single as well as multiple files at one time which saves a lot of time of the users. If a user has multiple email files to be viewed, then It provides 9 types of view which includes Normal Mail View, Hex View, Properties View, Message Header View, MIME View, HTML View, RTF View, Attachments and Hierarchical View. Users can also apply multiple advance settings according to their requirements. There are also some export options which can be applied at the time of export such as naming convention, folder hierarchy and remove duplicate emails after the export process. After the completion of the export report, Mail Pro+ generates a complete export report which can be saved in CSV file for future reference.
