SysTools Office 365 Exchange backup product is one of the best solution to archive data from an O365 account. Using this utility, the users can download complete/full items from an Office 365 account to the local drive or hard drive. The Office 365 backup tool downloads emails with attachments, contacts and calendars from a single or multiple mailboxes of an Office 365 domain. The tool provides an option to save multiple user mailboxes locally at once. Office 365 archive application allows the users to export O365 mailbox to PST and EML files. The backup files can then be accessed on various email clients like Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013/2016, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, etc. Apply filters (date, users, and email filter) to download only the important data which needs to be saved locally. The software shows the progress status which tells the items count which has been backed up successfully. This product keeps the original meta properties (like To, Bcc, Cc, etc) and folder hierarchy intact even after the backup is complete.
