Great open source software

Uvdesk is very easy to use and their customer support is so good that they are very helpful. I had issues when installing and they helped me quickly about what the issue is and I could fix it and get it running fine.

Best open source support platform for developers

Ever since the beginning, the support team were always there to resolve all the issue from hosting configuration to setting up the application to resolving random issues like email configuration, etc. Highly recommend this.
