Vegas Pro
It's my first contact with Vegas, I've worked with Adobe's Premiere for 20 years. But since Adobe introduced the subscription model a few years ago, I've stuck with my version. VEGAS has always been one of the bigger competitors, but I have never dared to go there. I've tested a lot of other mid-range programs, but I've just been very stuck with Premiere's workflow. If I had only seen VEGAS beforehand . Getting started is extremely easy for anyone switching from Adobe, because the basic approach is very similar, so that you feel right at home. Ambitious filmmakers who tend to come from the cheap railroad will probably have a slightly longer entry. But it's worth it, because working and editing is quick. VEGAS comes with a lot of effects and filters with which you can do a lot. Third-party providers also find a standardized plug-in architecture, so that little to be desired is left unfulfilled. Most of all, a large number of HitFilm's effects work directly in VEGAS. In addition to the absolutely usual standards such as the supplied codecs, 4K and 3D processing, what is particularly impressive is the working speed and rendering. It is noticeably faster than with cheaper software and somewhat as fast as with a comparable Premiere project. As for the move from Sony to Magix, I have mixed feelings about it. Apparently Magix hasn't changed much since the last version (which I can't really judge because this is my first version of VEGAS). Magix has already bought up high-quality products several times (e.g. in the audio sector) in order to then partially integrate or convert them into its own products. .

If a beginner is looking for creating video logs or video editing software which is rich in features till this year and also easy to learn and use, then this is it. Vegas Pro, perfect software for quick editing, detailed video editing, frame by frame animation, multiple transitions and Video fx is provided however third-party support for transitions and video fx also audio fx is also vast. Rendering is quick and smooth, high end processor with multi-thread capability not required. So perfect overall video editing software for beginners. .
