    • We can't achieve this goal without your help.
    • To ensure the best user experience, we only accept the highest-quality vendors to list their products in our online software categories. We're committed to helping our audience find the best products, and great vendors play a crucial role in that process.
    • To get started, you can select from three categories:
      • Company Profile: This is the profile for your parent company, under which your product or service may be registered.
      • Software Profile: This profile is specifically for your software.
      • Service Profile: This profile is specifically for your service.
    • We value individuality and appreciate that every vendor has their own unique style and personality. However, to ensure a consistent and informative user experience, we require that every vendor's listing includes the following essential information:
      • Name and logo
      • Description
      • Screenshots
    • Help us enhance the software-buying experience by informing us about the products you sell or market and where they fit in our categories as a software vendor.

  • 3. Criteria for Listing Your Product on SoftwareSuggest

    • At SoftwareSuggest, we strive to provide our customers with a comprehensive list of B2B software solutions across various categories. To ensure the quality of our listings, we have established criteria for inclusion, including:
      • The software must be available from the vendor
      • It must primarily serve B2B purposes and not be exclusive to B2C products, database websites, personal productivity solutions, product clones, or personal apps
      • The software must be a pre-built/off-the-shelf packaged solution, and we do not list custom-made/bespoke software
      • The product must be publicly available
      • Third parties such as resellers, integrators, consultants, etc. cannot list software on our directory unless they have been exclusively authorized by the vendor to do so
      • The software/service must fit at least one of our categories, at our sole discretion
    • NOTE: Please note that while our platform serves as a host for product listings, the vendor is responsible for providing information regarding the software's legal and regulatory compliance.

  • 4. Guidelines for Product Listing Removal on SoftwareSuggest

  • At SoftwareSuggest, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about software products to help buyers make informed decisions. However, there may be cases where a product listing needs to be removed. Here are the guidelines for product listing removal:
    • Vendor Request: We typically do not remove active software product listings that fit in a category. Instead, we work with the vendor to update the listing to accurately reflect the product.
    • Product No Longer in Business: If a software vendor or product listed is no longer in business, we will review and either remove the product listing from the catalog or indicate that the product is discontinued.
    • Failure to Comply with Guidelines: We reserve the right to remove a product listing or profile at our discretion if it fails to comply with our guidelines. However, as a rule, we do not remove product listings unless:
      • The listing does not fit within at least one of the existing software categories
      • There is evidence that the vendor's product is no longer actively marketed and sold to the public.

  • 5. Product Listing Guidelines: Do's and Don'ts

  • Do's:
    • Create a unique and accurate description of your product.
    • Use the exact product name as listed on the vendor's website.
    • Verify that all destination URLs are functional and correctly direct users to the vendor's website.
    • Use proper spelling and grammar, and ensure consistent language throughout.
  • Don'ts:
    • Avoid writing in first-person point of view (e.g., we, our, us); instead, use the product or company name.
    • Eliminate superlatives and comparative language (e.g., best, most, fastest).
    • Refrain from using inappropriate, offensive, obscene, or defamatory language.
    • Do not include calls to action or personally identifiable information in the product description.
    • Avoid using suffixes (Inc, Corp, LLC, etc.) in the company name.
    • Do not use excessive or unnecessary punctuation.
    • Avoid using symbols, special characters, or HTML tags.

  • 6. Guidelines for Submitting Screenshots and Videos for Your Product Listing

    • To enhance the user experience, we strongly recommend providing at least one screenshot or video for your software product listing. However, please note that we may use the screenshot(s) in the ordinary course of our business to administer your listing. To ensure compliance with our guidelines, please consider the following:
      • Screenshots must accurately depict the software's user interface and not include any stock images or marketing jargon.
      • Videos must be in English and provide information about the product.
      • Videos must be hosted on either YouTube or Vimeo.
      • We reserve the right to edit the guidelines at any time, and any changes will be posted on all of our sites. Your continued use of our platform or services after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
