What I love the most is how easy it is to schedule or join a meeting — even non-tech people on my team can use it without any confusion. The audio is clear, the video quality is great, and features like screen sharing, chat, and waiting room give me control during meetings. I also really like the virtual background — it helps maintain professionalism when working from home. The only limitation I’ve faced is the 40-minute time cap on the free version for group meetings. It forces us to restart longer calls, which can be a bit annoying. But overall, Zoom is reliable, simple, and a big part of how I stay connected with clients and teammates.
